Tour of Brescia’s airfields

Thanks to Fotoclub La Torretta I had the chance to participate in a pin-up photoshoot with a replica of a vintage aircraft.
The shooting was performed in “La Zappaglia” airfield in Calvisano, near Montichiari and Ghedi airports. Here, pilot Giovanni of the Boredom Fighters Team lent us his Wolf W-11 Boredom Fighter.

Once the shooting was over, Giovanni was so kind to entertain us with some low passes!

The same evening I participated at my DCS World “vitual squadron” Christmas meeting in restaurant “Casa Bianca” in Calcinato, close to Brescia Est exit of the A4 highway.
The owner is an aviation enthusiast, so he built a small museum in the restaurant and put some planes in the yard (which also has an helipad and an RC aircraft runway).

Unfortunately, despite having a tripod, I could not take photos of other fuselages of MiG-21s, G.91s and F-84s due to the sunset and absence of artificial lightning.

Finally, some photos from the pin-up shooting.

Many thanks to Boredom Fighters Team’s Giovanni for lending us his aircraft!
